To hit an adult would be considered as aggression when to beat a child than abuse! Everything has to be passed in the laws of man. Remember, Singapore always "stick" (is beaten with a bamboo stick), as a form of punishment for children and adults. Regardless tolerated by society, is the rule.
Exactly the opposite is true! It is the excitement in Germany about children being beaten, but also adults are left to their fate.
